Custom OEM industrial-part requests include stainless-steel investment casting, CNC machining, wire EDM and broaching. Casting tolerances are referenced as CT4–CT8, separately from ±0.02mm machining. Choose the actual supplied material, industrial drawing and manufacturing scope before assigning those requirements to the component.

Industrial geometry for CNC, wire EDM and broaching

Identify the drawing locations requiring the selected machining operations. Drilling, milling, turning and tapping are additional work directions to allocate to the part. Set the datum, limits and measurement conditions for each controlled machined dimension, connecting the ±0.02mm reference to its actual feature.

Material and upstream casting or forming work

Material directions span stainless steel, steel, brass, copper, aluminum, iron and plastic. Select a supplied specification and an appropriate route from investment casting, sand casting, machining, welding and forging. Define mold work, casting, deburring and surface-treatment scope for that actual component, with its cast dimensions assigned to the agreed casting grade.

Polishing, passivation, sandblasting, zinc plating or black oxide

These are finish directions to select for the supplied material and industrial duty. Identify treated areas and the surface condition needed at the component's interfaces. Set the inspected characteristics and records that connect finished surfaces with dimensional and functional acceptance.

Industrial documents behind the accepted requirements

Standard families include ISO, GB, DIN, JIS, ANSI, BSW, ASTM, ASME, BS, API and EN. Identify applicable documents and editions for the actual part. Clarify the exact IS09001: 2015 and TUV references, responsible organization/site and current scope wherever required. Agree quantity and OEM responsibility against the drawing, selected operations and inspection acceptance.
