Customized OEM component requests include stainless-steel precision lost-wax casting and CNC machining for automotive engine work. Broader material directions include aluminum, plastic, copper and brass, with dimensions customized to the actual component. Select the supplied material and manufacturing route before agreeing its finished condition.
Stainless engine casting or another material request
Define the actual part and material specification on the drawing, allocating casting, turning, milling and CNC-center work as applicable. Establish which locations are cast and which require machining. Clarify the base material and treatment meant by the galvinized reference before selecting it for the component. Set the final dimensions and mating requirements for the chosen configuration.
Powder, electroplating, oxide or anodization
Surface directions include powder coating, electroplating, oxide treatment and anodization. Choose the actual method and covered areas against the supplied material and required final condition. Define how the accepted surface will be assessed alongside dimensions and fit. Relate any finished-surface requirement to the actual part drawing and working environment.
Acceptance for engine, appliance, building or equipment use
Application directions include automotive engine/auto parts, appliances, building and capital equipment. Define the actual working duty, interfaces and functional acceptance for the selected use. ISO9001:2015 is a quality-system reference; establish the applicable document, responsible organization/site and current scope where certification is required. Agree inspected characteristics, methods and records with quantity and customized OEM responsibility. Use those component-specific criteria to accept the actual material, operations and finished drawing.
