Customized OEM stainless steel agricultural machinery parts combine precision investment casting with machining, polishing and CNC finishing. CT5–7 is the casting-tolerance direction, with client specifications defining the selected component. Farm and machinery-repair-shop requests include professional inspection, an outgoing-inspection video and a machinery test report as provided services.

Client drawing and CNC-finishing allocation

Supply the agricultural component drawing in PDF, IGS or STP format with the actual stainless specification. Define its mating arrangement and working duty for the chosen machinery. Allocate CT5–7 to cast features and set CNC-finishing dimensions and measurement criteria separately.

Polishing, sandblasting or shot blasting

Polishing, sandblasting and shot blasting are surface directions for the custom work. Agree the applicable method, areas and final condition required by the actual part. Connect those requirements to dimensional acceptance and the professional-inspection plan.

What the video and test report cover

The outgoing-inspection video and machinery test report are provided, with actual coverage to confirm for the component supplied. Identify the inspection or test methods, assessed characteristics, results and acceptance criteria they address. Use those actual records with the selected drawing and part requirements.

Six-month warranty and later support

A six-month warranty applies, with the actual covered component and terms to agree. After-warranty directions include video technical support, online support and spare parts. Define the relevant support and spare-part scope for the agricultural machinery request. Confirm quantity and OEM responsibility with the accepted material, drawing, finish, inspection and support requirements.
