This custom stainless steel sleeve is intended for food equipment parts and batch production. Lost wax casting and CNC machining form the manufacturing offer, with a silver appearance and scope to specify dimensions, color and surface finish for the particular sleeve. Customer logos can also be included in the agreed design.
Sleeve geometry and machined interfaces
CNC milling, turning and custom lathing services support the machining inquiry. Identify the bore, outside surfaces and mating dimensions on the sleeve drawing, then agree which features require machining and how they will be accepted. Size is customized, so the drawing establishes the component rather than a nominal stock sleeve dimension.
Additional operations and material requests
The wider operation menu includes broaching, drilling, etching or chemical machining, laser machining, wire EDM and rapid prototyping. Allocate the relevant operations to the actual sleeve design; this service is described as non-micro machining. Aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, precious metals and steel alloys can be discussed as broader material requests alongside stainless steel, with the selected material kept explicit for each component.
Food equipment requirements for a batch
For a food-contact location, define the contact conditions, cleaning requirements and stainless grade before approving the finish. Agree any required material and hygiene documentation for the actual equipment application. Batch quantity, dimensional acceptance, customer logo and requested color can then be captured in one sleeve specification, linking the casting and machining scope to the part that will be installed.
