This semi-open turbine pump impeller combines four curved/turbine blades with casting and CNC machining. OEM requests can select aluminum, brass or stainless steel, with each actual material choice paired with the diameter option 25-150.

Resolve diameter and shaft fit as one geometry

Confirm the units and actual diameter represented by the 25-150 option before defining the impeller. The shaft connection and the clearances within the intended pump should be part of the same dimensional definition. This connects the selected blade geometry to the assembly in which it will rotate, instead of treating diameter as the only fit requirement.

Select the metal for the intended pump duty

Choose the actual grade within the aluminum, brass or stainless steel direction and identify the required operating duty. Agree how the finished impeller will be accepted for that pump application. The material selection, finished interfaces and intended duty belong together when the OEM component is defined.

Coordinate surface appearance and treatment

Polished, satin and other agreed finishes are available directions, with painting, polishing and powder coating among the treatment choices. Identify the surfaces covered by the requested finish and the condition needed at mating areas. This lets the appearance and treatment request follow the actual metal and impeller geometry.

Confirm orientation for the pump arrangement

Horizontal, rotor-down and universal mounting orientations are directions to discuss for the selected arrangement. Confirm the actual mounting and shaft relationship for the intended pump, together with the dimensional and operating acceptance requirements. OEM customization and a one-year warranty are offered, with the configured impeller and application forming the basis of the order discussion.
