OEM/ODM custom metal casting is offered for instrument and medical-device component inquiries, with zinc alloy, stainless steel, aluminum, iron and customized material choices. CNC machining is part of the instrument-parts direction. Size, surface treatment and logo are customizable, allowing the component to be defined around its intended design and delivered condition.

Instrument part, material and process

Identify the particular instrument component and select its material before agreeing the manufacturing route. The material choices describe alternatives for the custom work, so the process should be matched to the chosen alloy and geometry. This keeps the inquiry focused on a specific part rather than assuming one casting method applies to every metal in the range.

Machining after casting when required

The process includes casting, machining when needed and surface treatment. Mark the component features requiring dimensional work and define the acceptance relevant to those areas. Keeping machining conditional on the design makes the request more precise, without adding a tolerance or a mandatory sequence beyond the work the part requires.

Finish and custom logo

Finishing choices include anodized colors, brushing, polishing and plating, with customized surface service available. Select the finish for the material and identify the surfaces involved, together with the requested logo. This gives appearance and identification a defined place in the part specification while leaving the exact material/finish pairing to be agreed.

Files and medical intended use

Drawing inputs include PDF, 2D/3D, DWG, IGS, STEP and SolidWorks. Engineering machinery equipment is an additional application direction. For a medical-device inquiry, define the component's intended function and any applicable conformity requirements alongside its geometry and material, so the manufacturing discussion addresses the actual component acceptance needed for that use.
