Custom OEM metal casting and precision-machining inquiries include precious-metal, aluminum and stainless-steel directions. Agree the actual die-casting or silica-sol investment/lost-wax route for the selected component. Work includes casting, deburring, drilling and threading, with 100% inspection and surface treatment to customer demand.
Selected metal and the actual casting route
Identify the material designation and supplied geometry required for the component. Connect that choice to the agreed die or investment/lost-wax manufacturing route. Define the component's intended function and the important interfaces needed for it. The selected metal and process should address that specific part rather than an unspecified combined casting task.
3D geometry, deburring and threaded areas
Dimensions follow the customer's 3D drawing, with tolerance according to the drawing request and standard according to client specification. Assign deburring, drilling and threading to the relevant areas. Define their finished dimensions and acceptance, connecting the actual holes, threaded interfaces and component geometry to the machining work being requested.
Custom appearance within full inspection
Color is customized and surface treatment follows the customer's demand. Define the treatment, color and supplied condition required for the selected metal. Agree the dimensional and visual checks within the 100% inspection scope, including the actual deburred, drilled and threaded areas. Those requirements link the client specification and 3D geometry to evaluation of the finished OEM casting and its requested surface work.
