Super-duplex stainless-steel precision investment castings are offered through a custom OEM/ODM direction using lost-wax casting. Powder coating and custom colors are appearance options, alongside other surface treatments. The inquiry should identify the selected component and exact grade so that its material, geometry and required finish are considered together.

Super-duplex grade and broader metal inquiries

Define the super-duplex material requirement for the actual cast part. Zinc, aluminum, copper and steel are additional material directions to review separately against the appropriate component and process. Keep those choices distinct from the primary super-duplex stainless-steel inquiry, with the manufacturing route agreed for the selected metal and geometry.

Coating, color and surface acceptance

Surface-treatment directions include electroplating, powder coating, sand blasting and lacquer. Choose the treatment and custom color for the areas that need them. Appearance and dimensional acceptance should be considered together where a treated surface is also part of an interface, so the finish request relates to the actual component.

Additional operations for the chosen design

Punching, stamping, bending and riveting are metalworking directions available to discuss. Select the operations that the proposed design requires rather than assigning all of them to each investment casting. Agree the relevant dimensional, surface and intended-use criteria and the testing scope needed to assess that work.

Drawing inputs for OEM/ODM review

Drawing directions include 2D/3D and CAD, DWG, STEP, PDF and IGS. Use the representation that communicates the chosen material, component geometry and acceptance requirements for the inquiry. Connecting those details with the finish and operation selection gives the custom OEM/ODM discussion a defined part to evaluate.
