Custom stainless-steel casting services cover sand-casting and investment/lost-wax directions with CNC machining. OEM/ODM customization uses customer drawings, while surface work includes polishing and grinding. Professional inspection is part of the service, with the selected material, component geometry and actual manufacturing route defining the requested work.

Sand casting or investment/lost-wax work

Select the casting direction for the actual stainless-steel component. Define the supplied geometry and its important interfaces before connecting that route to the required CNC work. Agree which surfaces retain a cast condition and which need further processing. That division establishes the manufacturing scope against which the finished part can be assessed.

Stainless grade and drawing-led CNC interfaces

Identify the stainless designation needed for the intended component duty. The customer drawing should define its dimensions and the interfaces to be machined. Establish the controlled areas and measurement basis for those finished surfaces. Relate the CNC work to the actual casting geometry and the material/fit requirements of the OEM/ODM part.

Polishing and grinding areas

These surface operations should be assigned to the actual areas requiring them. Define the finish and appearance needed for the component, alongside the dimensional condition expected after grinding or polishing. Connect the surface work to the selected stainless material and the important machined interfaces, establishing what the supplied finish needs to achieve.

Professional inspection of the finished request

Agree the checks and acceptance relevant to the selected casting, CNC and surface work. Identify the dimensions and finished areas to inspect, along with the appropriate measurement requirements. The inspection scope should address the actual stainless component and intended function, keeping the drawing, processing choices and final acceptance aligned within the same manufacturing inquiry.
