Custom stainless casting requests include lost wax and die casting directions with CNC machining, alongside aluminum-alloy, titanium-alloy and cast-iron material requests. OEM/ODM precision mold making, custom size and structural design support the project definition. On-site installation is also a service direction with the actual work and location to agree.
Structural design and selected manufacturing route
Automotive, electronics, home hardware and mechanical components are application directions. Select the actual component and grade, then define its custom geometry and structural requirements. Agree the lost-wax, die or CNC allocation that applies to that material and drawing, including the dimensions used for acceptance.
5-axis, lathe and surface condition
Machining directions include 5-axis milling and CNC lathe processing. Define the actual locations requiring those operations and their dimensional limits. Polishing and cleaning are the surface-treatment directions; select treated areas and the final surface condition that meets the requirements of the component concerned.
Prototype stages and full-process inspection
The project scope extends from prototype to mass production with precision mold making. Agree quantities and stages together with tooling and design responsibility. Strict full-process inspection requires actual characteristics, methods and records to be allocated across the selected manufacturing scope and its dimensional/surface acceptance requirements.
On-site installation for the project
Define any required installation work at the actual project location and identify the responsible parties. Agree the inventory, work scope and acceptance conditions for that service. Connect those requirements to the selected component, project stage and overall OEM/ODM manufacturing responsibility.
