Customized OEM and ODM lost-wax investment casting work includes stainless, carbon and alloy-steel directions, with bronze casting requests selected by component. CNC lathe and CNC milling-center processing are available work directions. The casting reference is CT4–CT9, while machining references are ±0.005mm and ISO2768-mk.

Cast grades and CNC limits on the selected drawing

Assign the casting grade to the actual cast dimensions and identify the locations requiring CNC work. For the ±0.005mm reference, agree the controlled feature, datum and measurement conditions. Define the applicable ISO2768-mk requirements with the selected material and complete drawing limits.

Heat and surface routes for steel or bronze

Heat-treatment directions are annealing, quench and temper, and solid solution. Surface choices are zinc plating, painting, powder coating and electropolishing. Select the applicable treatments for the actual supplied material and define their accepted final condition, relating treated areas to the dimensional requirements.

PFMEA through MSA as project deliverables

Quality-control tools include PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan and MSA. Agree which actual project documents, inspected characteristics and records are required for the chosen component. ISO 9001 is a quality-system reference whose responsible organization/site, document and current scope need confirmation where certification is required.

Machinery, automotive or electrical component duty

Define the actual working duty and interfaces for the industrial machinery, automotive or electricity-related application. Relate its functional acceptance to the supplied material, machining limits and finished condition. Confirm quantity and OEM/ODM responsibility against the accepted drawing and agreed quality-planning deliverables.
