OEM/ODM Custom Manufacturing Factory with Design Support

OEM/ODM silica-sol lost-wax investment casting uses medium-temperature wax, with design support, DFM review and in-house CNC machining. Precision references are CT5–CT12 and size-dependent ±0.05–0.5mm. Polishing, assembly and electropolishing services complement the selected manufacturing task, with actual material and component requirements defining the supplied condition.

Size-dependent precision and as-cast surfaces

Agree the actual dimensions and the precision requirement applicable to the component size. The as-cast surface reference is Ra1.6–3.2 Micro, with its unit and measured areas to establish. Relate the cast and CNC-machined interfaces to those requirements, defining dimensional and surface acceptance for the actual part geometry.

Heat treatment, polishing and assembly work

Heat-treatment directions include quenching/tempering, normalizing and annealing. Select the work appropriate to the actual material and the condition required afterward. Identify the polishing or electropolishing areas and any assembly scope, agreeing the finished dimensions, surface condition and supplied-component acceptance after the selected operations.

Material traceability and the selected testing scope

Material traceability through COC and PPAP support are available. Testing services include CMM inspection, material spectral reports and PT/MT/NDT. Define the required methods and component areas, connecting the traceability and testing requirements to the material, controlled dimensions, treated surfaces and inspection acceptance for the actual manufacturing task.

Design input for pump, valve and other components

Applications include pump impellers, valve bodies, marine hardware and food/medical parts. Define the actual component duty, material and required qualification within the design/DFM review. Relate those requirements to the selected silica-sol casting, in-house machining, finishing and assembly work, establishing the accepted supplied condition for that particular application.
