Nonstandard stainless-steel precision investment-casting parts are available through OEM/ODM service for industrial use. Manufacturing includes CNC machining when needed and surface treatment to customer requirements, with small orders accepted.
Stainless material and the nonstandard component
Select the actual stainless grade and the geometry required for the industrial part. Identify the important cast dimensions and interfaces, defining the supplied condition needed for that particular component.
CNC areas and customer-selected surfaces
Define the areas requiring CNC machining and their finished dimensional requirements. Choose the requested surface condition and the treatment scope appropriate to the actual material and component geometry.
DIN requirements and finished-part acceptance
DIN is the standard-family direction for the custom request. Identify the actual applicable requirements and agree inspection acceptance for the selected cast, machined and treated areas, connecting those conditions to the intended industrial component.
