Custom OEM and ODM vacuum investment-casting requests include the Inconel 718 high-temperature-alloy direction alongside nickel-alloy and cobalt-alloy work. Dimensions and acceptance follow the customer's drawing and client specification. Select the actual supplied alloy and component for the intended operating duty.

Alloy selection before the vacuum casting request

Identify the supplied material specification and its required acceptance for the actual part. Investment casting and vacuum casting are process directions to allocate to that alloy and drawing. Define the component geometry, controlled dimensions and required final condition within the selected manufacturing scope.

Operating duty for the turbine or engine component

Application directions include turbomachinery, aerospace-engine and turbine parts. Define the operating conditions and interfaces that govern the chosen component's material and functional requirements. Establish the evidence required to accept those conditions and any applicable application approval. Relate the high-temperature-alloy request to actual duty limits agreed for this part.

Client dimensions and STEP/STL/IGS input details

Drawing-input formats include STEP, STL and IGS. Confirm the actual file type, version and dimensioned content needed to define the supplied geometry. Connect those requirements to the selected alloy, casting route and component interfaces. Agree how the drawing limits and final condition will be measured and recorded.

Oilfield/marine acceptance and OEM/ODM allocation

Oilfield and marine requests need their actual environment, working duty and component acceptance defined. Agree any required material, inspection and functional or application-approval evidence for that use. Confirm quantity and customized OEM/ODM responsibilities against the client specification and accepted drawing.
