    Customer's Drawing Request

Custom OEM and ODM ductile-iron casting enquiries serve auto machinery through sand casting. ASTM A536, 80-55-06 and GGG50 are grade or standard-reference directions requiring the actual material and governing document to be selected. Define the component drawing and working requirements before agreeing the accepted casting.

Ductile or gray iron specification

Ductile iron and gray iron are available material directions. Choose the actual grade and applicable standard for the requested part rather than assuming equivalence among the reference labels. A gray iron request needs its own material specification. Agree the selected iron and document with the component's intended service and accepted result.

Custom sizes and drawing tolerance

Dimensions are customized, with tolerance following the customer's drawing request. Identify the dimensions, interfaces and surface requirements that govern the auto machinery component. The drawing revision and accepted criteria should describe the actual cast geometry. Define those requirements with the selected material and working conditions.

Inspection and complete enquiry inputs

Quality control states 100% inspection under an ISO9001 system, with ISO9001 as the certification reference. Agree the inspection criteria and applicable quality documents for the requested casting.

  1. Select the iron grade and governing material document.
  2. Provide the current drawing, dimensions and intended working conditions.
  3. Agree dimensional, surface and inspection acceptance for the OEM or ODM part.
