DimensionsCustomized Sizes
Custom precision casting services offer brass, bronze and A356 aluminum request directions with customized sizes. Die casting and lost wax investment casting are process directions to allocate to the actual component. OEM and ODM scope includes casting, machining if needed and surface treatment.
Brass, bronze or A356 component selection
Define the actual component geometry and choose the required material. Specify the brass or bronze grade, or the A356 aluminum requirement, with the intended working duty of that part. Agree which die-casting or lost wax investment route applies to the material and component, together with its required size and dimensional acceptance.
Machining only where the part needs it
Machining is optional within the work scope. Identify the component features that need a secondary operation and define their actual accepted dimensions. Agree the required operations with the chosen casting route and geometry. Set the checks needed to accept the resulting features and keep that scope attached to the particular component request.
Surface condition and OEM or ODM responsibility
Surface treatment is a service direction, with the chosen treatment and finished condition to define for the selected material. Specify the surface areas and accepted appearance or working condition needed by the part. Agree the actual OEM or ODM design/manufacturing responsibility, project quantity and required inspection or documentation. Confirm those requirements together with the grade, customized size, casting route and optional machining scope before completing the order definition.
