Build a production casting request around the selected alloy and the industrial component it needs to become. OEM/ODM custom manufacture covers aluminum and zinc foundry parts, with sizes tailored to robot-parts processing and an agreed batch scope.

Select the actual aluminum or zinc grade

Aluminum choices include A360, A380, A390, ADC12 and ADC10. Zinc directions include ZA3 and ZA5. Identify the required grade and connect it to the component geometry, intended application and manufacturing requirements for the production enquiry.

Define the precision requirement on the drawing

The tolerance reference is 0.01 mm. Establish the relevant features, tolerance convention and measurement method for that requirement. Keep the selected grade and controlling geometry together with the dimensional criteria that need to be checked for the finished part.

Choose the material's finished condition

Anodizing, nickel plating, zinc plating and polishing are finish options to discuss. Specify the treatment required for the chosen alloy and mark the surfaces it should cover. Robot, communication-equipment, automation-machine and medical-device enquiries each need their actual component duty and qualification requirements established.

Agree the production and inspection scope

The custom alloy casting service includes 100% inspection. Define the batch quantity, the dimensional and surface acceptance, and any records needed for the component. Establish the relevant ISO9001:2015 certificate scope alongside those requirements so the OEM/ODM production agreement describes the material, part and quality checks being requested.
