Define the actual grade and component drawing so that the requested machinery part has an agreed manufacturing scope.
Material and machinery geometry
OEM and ODM service is offered for the customized request. Identify the selected material and the component's working conditions. Define the dimensions and structural details relevant to its use on the drawing. The accepted requirements should refer to that actual machinery part.
Selected machining and surface result
The process direction includes casting, machining if needed and surface treatment. Identify the working details requiring subsequent machining and their dimensional acceptance. Color can be customized for the component. Agree the surface treatment, treated areas and required appearance for the actual material and use.
Drawing inputs and quality-reference scope
PDF and CAD are accepted 2D drawing directions, with IGES and STEP for 3D geometry. Identify the revision and the requirements controlled by the drawing and model. ISO9001:2008 is the certification reference, with applicable documents and service scope to confirm. Bring the selected grade, component duty, machining and surface/color requirements together with the dimensional and inspection criteria for the OEM or ODM enquiry.
