Compact cast-iron wing-clamp nuts are directed to equipment assembly through lost-wax casting and OEM/ODM customization. As-cast finish and custom size, color and surface requirements are selection directions, with machining included if needed. A ±0.25 mm tolerance reference accompanies the customer-drawing dimensions.
Wing, body and equipment interface
Define the actual iron grade and the wing/body geometry required for the assembly nut. Identify its mating interfaces and the dimensions needed for the equipment task. Connect the compact-body direction to that actual geometry and finished fit, giving the selected nut a specific component and assembly definition.
As-cast or customer-defined surface
Select the as-cast condition or the actual customer surface treatment needed for the chosen nut. Define the requested color and the surfaces to which it applies. Relate those requirements to the iron material and assembly interfaces, agreeing the finished appearance and dimensional acceptance after the selected work.
±0.25 mm and optional machining
Identify the controlled dimensions and measurement basis for the tolerance reference. Select machining for the actual areas that require it within the casting scope. Connect those areas to the customer drawing and the nut's finished interfaces, so the measurement and assembly acceptance address the requested component.
Seven input formats and the minimum quantity
Design inputs include 2D PDF, CAD, DWG and DXF, plus 3D IGES, STEP and VDA. The minimum order is 100 pieces. Include the actual nut geometry, grade, color/surface choice and controlled dimensions with that quantity. Agree the inspection and assembly requirements for the same selected part within the OEM/ODM work request.
