Carbon-steel and low-alloy-steel investment-casting enquiries serve heavy-duty construction-equipment parts through silica-sol and lost-wax directions. OEM and ODM service covers the customized component. Select the actual material and drawing before agreeing the manufacturing and finished requirements.
Construction component and material
Cast steel, cast iron, aluminum alloy and copper alloy are broader material choices. Identify the grade and geometry for the requested construction-equipment part. State its working conditions and the requirements relevant to its use. Agree the dimensional and surface acceptance for that actual component.
Custom size, color and operations
Size and color can be customized, and small orders are accepted. The process direction includes casting, machining if needed and surface treatment. Define the details requiring subsequent machining and the finished geometry to be accepted. Bring the selected operations together with the drawing revision and component duty.
Finishing and thermal treatment
Polishing, sand or shot blasting and coating are surface directions. Heat treatment is a separate treatment to select for the actual material. Define the treated areas, required color and accepted condition. Agree the treatment specification and its relationship to the component's dimensional and surface result.
Project acceptance and ISO9001 scope
ISO9001 is the certification reference with applicable documents and scope to confirm. Identify the inspection characteristics and criteria for the selected component. Bring the grade, drawing, construction duty and chosen manufacturing and finish requirements together for the OEM or ODM enquiry.
