Custom aluminum-alloy casting parts support industrial OEM/ODM enquiries with CNC machining when needed and customer-defined surface requirements. A customer drawing is required to define the component size. Select the actual grade and casting route before agreeing the machined condition, anodizing requirements or customized color for the part.
Resolve the casting route from the required drawing
Die casting and investment-casting requirements can be reviewed against the selected aluminum alloy and component geometry. Zinc-material enquiries also need an exact grade and appropriate route. Identify the casting shape and the dimensions requiring further machining so that the proposed process belongs to the material and design being discussed.
Select the CNC work and finished appearance
The route combines casting, machining if needed and surface treatment. CNC operations can be selected for the dimensions or interfaces requiring a machined condition. Anodizing and customized surface and color requirements should be agreed for the actual material. Mark the surfaces needing each condition alongside the component dimensions, keeping appearance and fit requirements connected.
Define what full inspection must accept
The custom aluminum-alloy casting components receive 100% inspection. Specify the inspection method and acceptance criteria for the cast geometry, selected CNC dimensions and finished surfaces. ISO9001 certification supports qualification review, with the relevant current object and scope confirmed for the order. Bring the drawing, grade, selected casting route and final condition into that review so the inspected part is the component required by the industrial project.
