ServiceOEM ODM Customised
Custom high-pressure die-cast machinery parts use ADC12/A380 aluminum and Zamak3/5 zinc-alloy material selections. OEM/ODM service includes machining, customer-defined dimensions and surfaces to customer demand. High hardness and wear resistance are key characteristics, with the actual material condition and acceptance targets to agree for the requested component.
Aluminum or zinc alloy for the machinery part
Select the actual ADC12, A380, Zamak3 or Zamak5 material and the component geometry required for its use. Identify the important cast dimensions and the areas needing machining. Relate those requirements to the selected alloy and manufacturing scope, establishing the supplied-part condition and dimensional acceptance needed for that particular machinery component.
Sandblasting, coating, paint or anodizing
Surface choices include sandblasting, powder coating, painting and anodizing. Choose the work appropriate to the actual material and identify the covered surfaces. Agree the appearance and dimensional condition after the selected treatment, connecting those requirements to the cast and machined areas of the component being requested.
Hardness, wear and finished-component acceptance
Define the hardness and wear-resistance targets needed for the intended machinery duty. Agree the material condition and measurement or inspection criteria used to accept the actual part. Identify which working surfaces are governed by each target and how the supplied condition will be measured. Bring those requirements together with the controlled geometry, machining scope and selected surfaces, establishing the finished condition for the OEM/ODM die-casting task.
