Service TypeOEM/ODM Custom Manufacturing / Prototyping
Custom ADC12 and A380 aluminum-alloy components bring together high-pressure or precision die casting, mold making and CNC machining. OEM/ODM manufacturing and prototyping support requests for size, material and surface-finish customization. The actual alloy, geometry and manufacturing scope define the component to be reviewed.
Develop the aluminum die-casting request
Select ADC12 or A380 for the aluminum work and identify the geometry to be produced through the die-casting mold. Define the CNC operations and prototype requirements for that component. Zinc, magnesium and stainless-steel directions are also available within the broader custom service, with the actual material and suitable process to be agreed for each request.
Scope the tolerance and finished surfaces
The dimensional reference is ±0.05mm, with custom tolerances available. Identify the controlled dimensions and operation to which the chosen tolerance applies. Mill finish, anodizing and powder coating provide clear surface directions; select the applicable condition for the actual alloy and distinguish treated areas from dimensions that govern final acceptance.
Connect 3D geometry with the inspection plan
Accepted 3D inputs are STP, STEP, IGS, PRT and X_T. The quality scope combines 100% inspection with CMM, projector, caliper and salt-spray testing. Agree the measurements and surface-test acceptance for the chosen part. Automotive, electronics, industrial machinery and medical-device requests should carry their own applicable use and qualification requirements alongside the material, mold, CNC and finish definition.
