Our ServiceCustom Make Lost Wax Casting Investment Casting Parts
OEM custom duplex-steel 2205 enquiries use lost-wax investment casting with CNC machining directions. Alloy steel, carbon steel, steel casting and stainless grades 304, 316 and 316L are further material choices. Select the actual grade and component before agreeing the dimensions and manufacturing scope.
Drawing or sample and steel-part criteria
Size is made to drawings or samples. Identify the selected material specification and the part's working conditions. CT4–8 is a casting reference for steel-casting parts. Agree the actual component, dimensions and acceptance covered by the selected casting criteria.
CNC operations and machined surfaces
Machining directions include CNC, lathe work, milling, turning, boring and drilling. References include machining up to IT7 and Ra0.8–3.2. Identify the dimensions and manufacturing stage covered by those criteria. Confirm the roughness unit, assessed surfaces and accepted measurement result for the actual part.
Galvanizing, passivation and polishing
Galvanizing, passivation and polishing are surface directions to customer request. Select the treatment for the chosen metal and define its covered areas and required condition.
- Manufacturing definition
- Bring the grade, drawing or sample, duty and selected casting and machining operations together.
- Finished acceptance
- Agree the dimensional, surface and inspection criteria used to accept the component. Identify the actual requirements for the selected material rather than applying one limit to every part.
