OEM/ODM Custom Manufacturing Factory with Design Support

OEM and ODM custom casting is offered through a silica sol lost wax investment process using medium-temperature wax. Design support can be combined with CNC machining, polishing and assembly. Material selection and the finished component requirements are established for each casting request.

Size-dependent precision and surface acceptance

CT5–CT12 and ±0.05–0.5 mm by size define the precision direction to allocate to the casting drawing. Identify the relevant part size, controlled features and any surfaces that require CNC machining. The as-cast surface value is Ra 1.6–3.2 Micro; confirm its measurement unit and the surface acceptance needed by the component.

Post-processing matched to the material

Electro-polishing is available as a service, alongside polishing and assembly within the secondary scope. Quenching and tempering, normalizing and annealing can be discussed as heat-treatment directions. Select the applicable treatment for the chosen material and required condition, then connect it to the part's dimensional and surface acceptance.

Inspection records for component approval

Inspection planning can draw on CMM inspection, material spectral reports, and PT/MT/NDT services. Define the applicable methods and acceptance criteria for the material and geometry being ordered. Material traceability/COC and PPAP support are also available, with their documentation requirements agreed for the actual component.

Application requirements and design scope

Custom-part directions include pump impellers, valve bodies, marine hardware and food or medical parts. Describe the intended duty and the material, inspection and documentation requirements for that application. Use the design discussion to connect those requirements with the selected casting, machining and post-processing scope before approval.
