According to the specific requirements of customers

Custom brass crafts combine lost-wax casting, CNC machining and surface treatment within an OEM enquiry. Precision shape and burr-free, sand-hole-free surface requirements are part of the scope. Define the decorative component and its finished interfaces first, with a separate material and route review for any stainless-steel alternative.

Give the brass craft a precise shape

Select the brass grade and describe the decorative geometry, including details that must remain recognizable in the finished part. Identify the faces, holes or mating areas requiring CNC work. Connect those details to the cast shape so that appearance and functional interfaces are reviewed as parts of the same component.

Apply the 0.2mm tolerance to defined dimensions

Agree how the 0.2mm tolerance applies to the selected component's critical dimensions. Define the measurement references, acceptance direction and relevant finished condition for each requirement. Review the CNC and surface-treatment sequence against those dimensions, keeping the tolerance discussion specific to the actual geometry being ordered.

Set the appearance and surface acceptance

Confirm whether a silver-color appearance is required, then agree the surface treatment and an appropriate appearance reference for the brass design. Include burr and sand-hole acceptance in the component review. The service provides 100% inspection of these custom craft parts, with the actual checks and required results agreed for their dimensional and surface requirements.

Review stainless decorative alternatives separately

A stainless-steel decorative enquiry needs its own exact material and casting-route agreement. Keep the selected alloy, manufacturing process and required appearance together when assessing that alternative. Approve the chosen material definition and finished-part acceptance before proceeding, so that a brass lost-wax craft and a stainless decorative request each have a clear manufacturing basis.
