OEM metal casting enquiries include centrifugal and investment lost wax directions for selected component requirements. Materials include stainless steel, zinc alloy, bronze and 6063 aluminum, with carbon steel and broader aluminum alloys also offered. Choose the actual grade and manufacturing route for the required part.

Material and casting method selection

Dimensions are customized, so provide the component drawing and identify its working geometry. Agree whether centrifugal or investment/lost wax casting applies to the selected request. The material and part requirements should establish that route instead of combining the available labels into one fixed process. Define the service conditions and accepted result for the chosen component.

Tolerance and surface roughness scope

The tolerance reference is +/- 0.02 mm, while roughness is referenced at Ra3.2-Ra6.3. Identify the dimensions and manufacturing stage to which those values apply. Confirm the roughness unit and the surfaces requiring the selected condition. Agree the dimensional and surface criteria with the component drawing before defining the accepted casting.

Application and inspection requirements

Industrial, commercial, household and automotive parts are named application directions. Quality control states 100% inspection, with the actual characteristics and acceptance criteria to agree. Provide the selected grade, drawing revision and working requirements for that application. The casting route, dimensions and surface inspection criteria should together describe the required OEM component.
