Custom aluminum industrial parts can be planned around the required dimensions, casting work and finished surface. OEM/ODM service includes die-casting and deburring directions, with mold making offered in house. Define the actual component and alloy requirements before agreeing the manufacturing and acceptance scope.
Connect the mold to the component drawing
Identify the part geometry and the dimensions required by the customer. Agree the mold-making scope and tooling acceptance for that actual component, together with the proposed casting work. Keep the tooling and part requirements connected so the enquiry addresses the intended industrial product.
Choose painting, powder coating or oxidation
Painting, powder coating and oxidation are surface directions. Select the treatment needed for the actual aluminum part and describe the finished condition to be accepted. Coordinate that surface selection with the component dimensions and any further-work requirements agreed for the casting.
- Material direction
- Aluminum, with the actual alloy and part requirements to define.
- Finish direction
- Paint, powder coating or oxidation to the selected component requirements.
Define the project and inspection criteria
For an eco-friendly project enquiry, establish the environmental criteria that apply to the selected material, process and finish. Professional inspection is offered, with the checked characteristics and records to agree against the component requirements. Provide the drawing, alloy, mold-making scope, dimensional and surface acceptance together to define the actual OEM/ODM aluminum casting request.
