Custom OEM casting services offer aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and brass directions through investment, lost-wax and die casting. Other process support includes CNC machining, injection molding and stamping. Select the appropriate material and process around the actual component rather than assuming every route applies to the same metal.

CT4–CT6 and the required casting geometry

The casting tolerance reference is CT4–CT6. Identify the dimensions and geometric areas to which that reference should apply, then agree the actual acceptance requirements for the chosen casting. CNC machining can be included in the process discussion where the component requires it, with its role defined alongside the cast shape.

Ra1.6–3.2 and five surface choices

Ra1.6–3.2 is the roughness reference, with polishing, sandblasting, powder coating, painting and plating available as surface directions. Define the surfaces being evaluated and agree the roughness units and required condition. Match the treatment to the selected metal and the appearance or surface acceptance needed for the component.

STEP inputs and other process support

STP and STEP drawing inputs are accepted for the custom part discussion. Use the geometry to identify the required casting route, machining and finish. If injection molding or stamping is relevant, define its object and role within the project so that the proposed sequence remains specific to the component.

A focused request combines the alloy, geometry, CT-controlled dimensions, roughness requirement and selected surface treatment. Those details allow the investment or die casting direction and any supporting operations to be considered together.
