OEM custom aluminum alloy die casting is offered with mold making and precision machined parts. ADC12 and A380 are named aluminum material choices, with customized dimensions for the component. Investment lost wax casting enquiries and carbon steel or stainless steel projects should define their own grade and manufacturing route before tooling and machining are specified.

Choose the material and mold route together

The material scope covers aluminum alloys, carbon steel and stainless steel. For an ADC12 or A380 aluminum project, identify the actual part geometry and confirm the die casting route and mold requirements. For an investment casting project, keep the selected material and lost wax route clear in the enquiry so the tooling discussion addresses the intended process.

Apply dimensional and roughness references to the part

The tolerance reference is ±0.02 mm, and roughness is expressed as Ra3.2–Ra6.3. Agree the applicable dimensions and manufacturing stage for the tolerance, together with the roughness unit and measurement conditions. Mark the machined dimensions and surface requirements on the drawing so these references become component-specific acceptance criteria.

Select a finish for the component's use

Chrome plating, electrophoresis, painting and powder coating are surface choices. Application enquiries cover industrial, commercial, household and automotive parts. Define the required appearance and the surfaces to be treated, then select a finish suited to the actual alloy and component requirements.

Connect full inspection with tooling and machining acceptance

The service provides 100% inspection for the ordered casting. Agree the dimensional checks, finish criteria and records needed for the mold-made and machined part. A consistent material specification and drawing revision give the OEM project one basis for checking the finished component.
