Custom OEM aluminum-alloy casting enquiries include A380, A360 and A390 grades, with machining services and selected surface treatment. Die-cast components are available, while investment-casting requirements need confirmation for the actual grade and design. Industrial part requirements should define the geometry, route and finished condition being requested.
Select the alloy grade and confirm its casting route
Choose A380, A360 or A390 for the aluminum-alloy component enquiry and identify the drawing requirements it must meet. Confirm die casting or investment casting as the selected manufacturing route for that design. Steel, copper and brass are additional material enquiries whose appropriate route and surface requirements should be defined separately.
Use the drawing formats to describe the machining requirements
PDF, IGS, DWG, STEP and STP are supported drawing inputs. Identify the casting shape and the dimensions or interfaces requiring machining in the finished part. Define the required acceptance for those dimensions rather than assigning an unspecified numerical precision to the machining service. This keeps the route and finished geometry clear for the OEM component review.
Agree the final treatment and qualification scope
Polishing, anodizing and powder coating are surface choices to match to the selected material and component. Identify which surfaces require the treatment and the final condition needed. ISO9001:2015 certification supports qualification review, with its current object and scope confirmed for the order. Align the grade, drawing, machining requirements and selected finish in that review so the custom industrial casting has a defined acceptance basis.
