OEM custom-design casting enquiries include 304, 316, 310 and 1.4301 grade directions, alongside carbon-steel requests. Select the actual material designation for the component. Lost wax/investment casting and CNC precision machining form the process directions for machinery and industrial parts.

Choose the component grade and geometry

Identify the actual grade required for the part rather than treating the material directions as interchangeable designations. Use the component drawing to establish its geometry and finished requirements. Keep the selected grade with those requirements throughout the casting and CNC discussion.

Allocate the CT4-CT6 casting requirement

CT4-CT6 is the casting-tolerance reference. Agree the drawing dimensions and process scope to which the class applies, and identify the separate finished dimensions needed from CNC machining. This gives the casting and machining enquiry a defined acceptance basis for the actual component.

Select the finished surface

Sandblasting and polishing are surface options for the custom part. Select the required condition for the chosen material and intended machinery or industrial use. Connect that surface acceptance to the dimensional requirements used for the completed component.

Define the full-inspection scope

100% inspection is offered for this custom-design casting work. Agree the checked characteristics and records against the part drawing, selected grade and finished surface. ISO9001:2015 is a certification reference whose applicable scope should be confirmed. Provide these criteria with the actual component and manufacturing requirements to establish the OEM casting and CNC request.
