OEM steel investment castings and lost-wax casting services support machinery and industrial parts. Material directions include 304, 316, 310, 1.4301 and carbon steel, with CNC precision machining available for the selected component. CT4–CT6 is the casting tolerance reference.
Define the steel grade and component role
Choose the exact grade around the intended machinery or industrial part. Identify the geometry, operating requirements and material acceptance criteria together, so the request distinguishes a particular component from a broad steel category. The grade selection should remain explicit when discussing its casting and machining requirements.
Separate casting dimensions from CNC requirements
Use CT4–CT6 as the reference for the agreed cast characteristics. Identify which areas require CNC precision machining and define the dimensional criteria for those areas separately. This gives the component a clear relationship between its cast shape and finished dimensions, without extending the casting reference into an unspecified numerical machining tolerance.
Sandblasting, polishing and complete inspection
Sandblasting and polishing are available surface-treatment directions. Select the required surfaces and describe the condition that will be accepted after treatment. The service provides 100% inspection for the steel casting work; agree the relevant material, dimensional and surface characteristics so the inspection scope follows the actual component requirements.
An effective OEM request brings together the selected grade, machinery function, CT-controlled geometry, CNC-finished areas and surface acceptance. That combination supports a focused review of the proposed lost-wax investment casting and the checks needed for the finished industrial part.
