Product NameInduction Metal Melting Furnace
This new 2 L induction furnace is intended for copper, brass and bronze melting and holding requests in lost wax investment casting workflows. Maximum temperature is 1150°C (2102°F). The supply designation is 110/220 V, with the actual configured voltage to confirm for the equipment being selected.
Alloy charge and thermal duty
Define the selected alloy, charge and crucible arrangement for the intended foundry operation. Agree working and holding conditions for that material below the maximum temperature. Distinguish the required melting stage from any holding duty when assessing the furnace configuration and its operating instructions.
Power option and installation details
The 750 power option carries a kW designation, with its actual unit and electrical rating to be verified before installation. Confirm the supplied 110 V or 220 V configuration against that equipment rating. The envelope is 47 x 45 x 50 cm (18.50 x 17.72 x 19.69 in), and motor is the named core component. Check the installation arrangement using the confirmed electrical and dimensional requirements.
Operating support and separate warranties
Ease of operation is an offered qualitative direction, supported by operating requirements to agree for the actual furnace. Outgoing-inspection video and a machinery test report are provided; confirm the records and acceptance relevant to the chosen alloy and thermal duty. Machine warranty is one year, while core-component warranty is three years. Agree the objects and terms of those separate coverage periods with the selected furnace configuration.
