Large precision metal-casting enquiries address machinery, energy flywheels and clamps. Material directions include aluminum, iron, steel, magnesium, copper and zinc. Die casting, investment casting and lost-wax casting are routes selected around the actual material and component.

Machinery part and mold definition

Dimensions follow customer requirements. Mold making is handled by the supplying manufacturer. Define the actual machinery component and the geometry needed for its duty. Agree the chosen grade and casting route with the mold and part requirements.

OEM samples, drawings and ideas

OEM enquiries can begin with samples, drawings or ideas. Software references include PRO/E, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, UG and CAM. Identify the actual design files and component revision used for the request. Connect the intended working conditions with the required dimensions and accepted result.

Selected surfaces and finished checks

Painting, powder coating and oxidation are surface directions. Select the treatment for the chosen metal and define its covered areas. Agree the required surface condition and the dimensional or inspection checks for the finished component.

Certificate and third-party test requirements

CE, TUV and SGS are certificate or test references, with third-party testing to requirements. Define the actual test object, method and applicable document scope. Bring those requirements together with the part's duty, drawing and selected process. The flywheel, clamp or other machinery enquiry should identify the finished acceptance needed for the actual component.
