This industrial vacuum gypsum and plaster powder mixer supports preparation for gold, silver and copper jewelry lost-wax casting. It has a 4000W power rating, with a motor and pressure vessel as core components and six flask/pump configurations to consider.

Choose the flask arrangement and vacuum pump

Single powder-mixer configurations are available for 5 or 8 flasks. The other choices pair a 5-flask or 8-flask arrangement with a dry vacuum pump designated 10O-litre, a 5-flask arrangement with a 40-litre wet pump, or an 8-flask arrangement with a wet pump designated 4O-litre. Confirm the numerical pump designation and what the litre rating measures before selecting the dry or wet arrangement. Match the actual flask dimensions and usable mixing batch to that configuration.

Plan the electrical and mixing setup together

The electrical requirement is 380V at 60Hz, with 4000W power. Machine dimensions are 90 × 90 × 140cm in length, width and height, providing a basis for the equipment layout. Agree the connections and operating procedure for the chosen pump arrangement. Define the gypsum formulation, mixing batch and vacuum/mixing settings for the intended flask and jewelry process, then review the configuration against those preparation requirements.

Agree verification and operator instructions

An outgoing inspection video and machinery test report are unavailable for this mixer. Establish the alternative evidence needed to review the selected configuration and its operation. Include the operator instructions, cleaning procedure and maintenance requirements in the equipment enquiry so the motor, vessel and pump arrangement can be assessed together. Keep the flask choice, gypsum process and agreed verification criteria connected when accepting the working setup.
