Custom high-precision investment-casting enquiries include SS304 and SS316 stainless steel, with aluminum, iron, steel, Zamak and copper as further material directions. Select the actual grade and component before agreeing its manufacturing scope. The chosen drawing and duty define the part request.

Component and forming-route definition

Additional mold enquiries involve punching, cold runners, steel/ABS/PP, extrusion, round preforms and rubber/silicone injection molds. Other casting directions involve carbon, zinc, sand, brass, aluminum alloy, steel or magnesium with die or gravity processes. Round stainless-steel valve and powder-product requests need their actual object and forming route defined. Agree the material role and manufacturing requirements separately for the selected component.

Machining and selected surface condition

Machining is optional, and CNC is an additional operation direction. Powder coating, painting and anodizing are surface choices. Select the operations and treatment for the actual metal and required finished condition. Identify the covered dimensions and surfaces used for acceptance.

Drawing and quality-document inputs

Drawing references include 2D PDF/CAD and 3D IGES/STEP. Identify the actual file type and drawing revision for the component. ISO9001, TS16949 and RoHS are certification or compliance references. Confirm their applicable documents and scope with the chosen part. Provide the grade, drawing and working conditions together with the selected process, dimensional, surface and inspection criteria.
