Precision custom aluminum die casting is offered for industrial component work, with OEM/ODM service and customer-defined dimensions. Mold making is in-house, and the process includes die casting and deburring. Paint, powder coating and oxidation provide surface-treatment choices, while quality control includes professional inspection.
Aluminum part and broader material choices
Aluminum is the primary casting direction, with steel and stainless steel among the broader materials available for inquiry. Choose the actual material and agree the manufacturing route for the component. The custom dimensions and geometry can then be considered with that selection, so the requested part has a defined material and process scope.
In-house molds and deburred cast form
In-house mold making supports the custom die-casting request. Define the cast shape and the delivered condition after deburring, together with any following processing needed for the part. Those decisions connect the mold and casting work to the component geometry while leaving subsequent operations to be agreed for the actual design.
Paint, powder coating or oxidation
The three surface directions are paint, powder coating and oxidation. Select the required treatment and identify the surfaces where its appearance or dimensional condition matters. Keeping the finish connected to the chosen material and custom geometry gives the delivered-part discussion a practical surface requirement to review.
Environmental direction and inspection criteria
The eco-friendly product direction can be discussed against the project's environmental criteria for the selected material and treatment. Professional inspection is the quality-control scope, with the relevant dimensional and surface checks to be agreed. Bring those acceptance criteria into the component request so the environmental direction, finished condition and actual geometry are considered together.
