Custom heavy-duty carbon steel connectors are made for construction machinery through investment casting and CNC machining. OEM/ODM service supports a connector defined by the customer's drawing, with shot blasting or sand blasting as surface choices. The enquiry should connect the construction application with the actual connection geometry and required finished condition.
Connection geometry for the construction assembly
Define the mating interfaces and the dimensions that position or secure the connector in the machine. State the selected carbon steel grade and explain the loading conditions and operating duty of the connection. Heavy-duty use should be supported by the actual design requirements, giving the component review a clear basis for discussing strength and functional acceptance.
CNC dimensions and blasted surfaces
The tolerance reference is 0.1–0.5 mm, with individual feature limits and the controlled manufacturing stage to be agreed. Mark the faces requiring CNC machining and those selected for shot blasting or sand blasting. Identify the surface condition needed at the connection so the casting, machining and blasting scope can be considered alongside the assembly dimensions.
Inspection requirements for the connector
The connector service includes 100% inspection, with the inspected characteristics and acceptance methods defined for the component. Relate these requirements to the mating dimensions, machined interfaces and blasted surfaces on the approved drawing. An OEM/ODM enquiry combining the steel specification, geometry, load conditions and acceptance criteria allows the construction machinery connector to be reviewed as a complete component requirement.
