Custom casting and CNC machining requests can combine a metal component's shape, finished connections and surface appearance. Aluminum and stainless steel are principal material directions, with OEM/ODM support, drilling, milling and other machining available for the selected part.

Which route matches the component being requested?

Gravity casting, die casting and machining are routes to discuss in relation to the actual material and geometry. Define which work belongs to the casting and which dimensions need a machining operation. A clear allocation helps the request describe one finished component, instead of treating every process word as a requirement for every part.

Describe the finished interface before choosing its treatment

The dimensional tolerance direction is ±0.02 mm, with its relevant dimensions and acceptance method to be agreed. Surface roughness is Ra0.2–Ra3.2; specify the units and the surfaces covered by that requirement. Identify which interfaces control assembly and how their final condition should be checked after the required work.

Match appearance options to the actual metal

Anodizing, polishing, plating and painting form the surface-treatment menu. Choose the appropriate direction for the selected material and distinguish appearance requirements from dimensions that establish fit. Custom logos are accepted, so the artwork and its intended position can be discussed with the component's surface definition.

When the request uses another material

Brass, titanium and plastic also appear in the wider material-service menu. Agree the manufacturing route for those requests separately from an aluminum or stainless steel casting.

Use the ten-piece minimum to frame a defined order

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Establish the selected material, process allocation, finished geometry, logo and surface acceptance before the order is finalized. These details provide a practical basis for agreeing the custom manufacturing work for the component.
