Define a steel casting project through its drawing, material and finished-part requirements. This full-process service covers steel and stainless steel casting enquiries, with custom size, wall thickness and surface treatment and an agreed scope from design through delivery.

Build the component brief around the steel grade

Identify the required steel or stainless steel grade and the shape the component needs to take. Investment and precision sand casting are service directions for the enquiry. Agree the actual route for the selected material and geometry before fixing the manufacturing scope.

Give wall thickness a drawing definition

Wall thickness and component specification are customized according to drawings. Mark the required sections and dimensions on the controlling revision, together with the acceptance needed for the finished part. A drawing-defined requirement gives the custom casting request a clear dimensional basis.

Set the requested surface condition

Surface treatment is custom rather than a fixed finish for every steel component. Describe the areas requiring a particular surface condition and connect those requirements to the selected grade. Agree the finish with the same drawing and part definition used for the casting enquiry.

Link inspection to the agreed component

Inspection covers raw material control, heat treatment and finished product inspection. Define the acceptance requirements and any records needed for the particular casting. This makes the inspection discussion address the component and material actually being requested.

Agree the full-process responsibilities

The service extends from design to delivery, with flexible scheduling and fast response. Identify which design inputs are settled and which production decisions still need agreement. Confirm the actual project schedule alongside the scope instead of assuming a fixed turnaround.
