Customized wear-resistant carbon steel investment casting is offered with OEM and ODM service and ISO9001:2015 certification. The tolerance reference is 0.02 mm, and the component size range is 2–620 mm. Agree which dimension the size range concerns and how the tolerance applies to the actual drawing and manufacturing stage.
Connect the carbon steel grade with wear duty
Wear resistance is a qualitative material requirement to evaluate against the component's working conditions. State the selected carbon steel grade and material condition with the intended wear duty and acceptance criteria. Other material choices include stainless steel, alloy steel, bronze, brass and aluminum for separately defined components.
Specify machining only where the part needs it
Casting can be followed by machining when needed and surface treatment. Processing choices include drilling, reaming, tapping, CNC turning and milling, and wire EDM. Identify the relevant dimensions and measurement basis for the 0.02 mm reference, keeping casting acceptance distinct from requirements for machined dimensions.
Select the surface and its exact process
E-coating, polishing, sandblasting, galvanizing and powder coating are surface choices. A zinc-treatment enquiry should define the exact process and the required surface condition. Select treatments for the chosen alloy and identify the appearance or functional criteria for the affected surfaces.
Define acceptance for the intended application
Application fields include machinery parts, auto parts and medical equipment components. Identify the actual part and duty with any project-specific conformity requirements. Provide the drawing revision, grade, selected size dimension and surface criteria so inspection acceptance addresses the ordered component. The enquiry should define the required checks without assuming a particular medical approval or an unprovided wear-life rating.
