    Customized Precision Casting

Customized precision casting is offered for wear-resistant crusher washers in copper, with bronze also a material direction for the machinery-part inquiry. Size and color are customizable. The requested washer can therefore be defined around the particular crusher position, its selected alloy and the dimensional condition needed for the assembly.

Washer dimensions for the crusher position

Identify the washer and the place it occupies in the crusher assembly. Define its bore, outside diameter and thickness on the component drawing, together with the mating dimensions relevant to that position. This gives the custom-size discussion a specific form and fit requirement without assuming a crusher model or dimensions that have not been selected.

Copper or bronze and the wear requirement

Choose the actual copper or bronze alloy for the washer and agree the material requirement for the intended duty. Wear resistance is part of the component offer, with the required acceptance to be defined against the operating load and conditions. Keeping the alloy and duty together gives the casting inquiry a clear material basis without treating copper and bronze as interchangeable grades.

Custom color and component acceptance

Color customization is available alongside the size requirement. Identify the requested appearance and the component areas to which it applies, then agree the dimensional and wear criteria used to review the washer. This allows appearance, geometry and intended function to be considered together without assuming a particular surface-treatment method or a numerical service-life value.

A focused crusher-washer request therefore combines the exact part geometry, chosen alloy and operating acceptance. The precision-casting discussion can then stay attached to that washer and its mating assembly, while the customized color and size remain part of the same component definition.
