OEM/ODM Custom Manufacturing Factory with Design Support

Custom wear-resistant alloy steel parts use lost wax investment casting with silica sol and medium-temperature wax. OEM/ODM design support, DFM review and samples support the component enquiry, while a die casting enquiry should establish its own material and route requirements.

Size-dependent casting precision and as-cast surfaces

Precision references are CT5–CT12 and ±0.05–0.5 mm, depending on size. As-cast roughness is Ra1.6–3.2, with the unit and assigned surfaces to be confirmed for the part. Select the relevant grade and dimensional limits for the actual geometry rather than applying the tightest end of the range to every component.

Steel treatment and secondary manufacturing

Heat-treatment choices include quenching and tempering, normalizing and annealing. In-house CNC machining, polishing and assembly are secondary processes, and electropolishing is also available. Define the required steel condition and the surfaces or dimensions concerned so the wear requirement, machining and finishing work can be reviewed together for the selected part.

Traceability, PPAP and test reporting

Material traceability through COC and PPAP support are available for the custom work. Testing services include CMM inspection, material spectral reporting and PT, MT or NDT. Identify the required reports, test locations and acceptance criteria, keeping these ordinary reporting capabilities connected to the component requirement and confirming any relevant ISO9001 document scope separately.

Impellers, valve bodies and other component directions

Application directions include pump impellers, valve bodies, marine hardware and food or medical components. Describe the intended service, wear conditions and application-specific acceptance requirements for the actual component. These inputs give the design and DFM discussion a defined use context, with sample assessment based on the chosen alloy, size-dependent precision and finished condition.
