Custom casting enquiries include investment-casting and die-cast parts with machining requirements. Steel, brass, zinc, aluminum and iron are named material directions, with stainless steel and aluminum alloy also available for review. Select the actual grade and route for the requested component.

Match the component to its drawing

Size follows the customer's drawing, and tolerance follows the customer's drawing request. Supported format directions include PDF and CAD for 2D drawings, with IGES and STEP for 3D inputs. Identify the geometry and accepted dimensional result before defining any machining requirements for the part.

Dimensional input
The customer's drawing establishes size and requested tolerance.
Surface input
The customer defines the required treatment and finished condition.

Industrial, medical and agricultural requests

These are application directions for the custom-component enquiry. State the actual duty and the acceptance requirements associated with that use. The chosen metal, casting route and machining scope should correspond to the particular part. Include the required surface condition with its dimensional and inspection criteria.

Strict inspection and quality references

Quality control includes strictly 100% inspection. Agree the actual checks and accepted results for the selected drawing and manufacturing operations. ISO9001, TS16949 and ROHS are certification references; confirm their applicable documents and object scope. Bring those requirements together with the material choice, application duty and requested finish so the casting review can address the finished component.
