Build an industrial casting request around the material, part geometry and manufacturing scope it needs. Steel and iron sand-casting enquiries sit alongside aluminum and copper directions, with the actual casting route selected for the component.
Choose the grade and route for the metal part
Specify the steel, iron, aluminum or copper grade required for the application. Agree the sand-casting or die-casting scope for the selected material and geometry. Identify the actual part and finished dimensions so the route agreement addresses one clear industrial component.
Define the mold and deburring work
In-house mold-making support and deburring are offered for the custom service. Establish the mold scope and the edges or areas requiring deburring. Agree any additional processing by its actual operation name and acceptance requirement so the manufacturing request defines the work needed after casting.
- Part geometry
- Identify the controlling dimensions and the material grade for the custom component.
- Secondary work
- Define the mold, deburring and any further agreed processing required for that geometry.
Select the finish and inspection acceptance
Paint, powder coating and oxidation are surface-treatment directions to discuss for the chosen metal. Specify the required finished condition and where it applies. Professional inspection is offered, with the actual criteria and records to agree for the part. Eco-friendly project requirements should be defined through the relevant material, process and acceptance conditions within the OEM/ODM scope.
