Machinery-part investment-casting enquiries include stainless steel, WCB and alloy-steel material directions. OEM/ODM work can include machining when needed and a selected surface treatment. Choose the actual grade, geometry and finished requirements for the machinery component before defining the proposed work.

Select the grade and part geometry

Identify the actual material designation required for the component drawing. Keep stainless steel, WCB and alloy-steel directions separate rather than assuming the names describe one interchangeable grade. Use the drawing to connect the chosen material to the required cast shape and finished dimensions.

Allocate the 0.01mm requirement

The tolerance reference is 0.01mm. Agree the controlled dimensions and process stage to which that requirement applies, including the finished acceptance for any machining needed after casting. Keep the numerical criterion tied to the actual drawing rather than treating it as a universal value for every surface.

Choose the finished surface

Polishing, sandblasting and electropolishing are surface directions. Select the treatment required for the actual material and machinery use, then define the finished condition to be accepted. Coordinate that surface requirement with the drawing dimensions and optional machining scope for the same component.

Define full-inspection acceptance

100% inspection is offered for the custom machinery castings. Agree the checked characteristics and acceptance against the selected grade, drawing and finished requirements. Provide these inputs together with the machining and surface-treatment scope to establish the OEM/ODM investment-casting request for the actual machinery part.
