Custom stainless-steel tee fittings are offered through investment casting and CNC finishing, with OEM/ODM and one-stop customization support. A 0.005 mm tolerance reference, custom color/logo and 100% inspection form part of the manufacturing scope. The tee design and its intended service define the component to be reviewed.
Tee geometry and connection acceptance
Identify the tee dimensions, end connections and selected stainless-steel grade for the fitting. Agree the mating requirements and service conditions that govern its use. These choices give the casting and CNC-finishing request a specific component scope, with fit and operating acceptance attached to the actual tee.
CNC work and the 0.005 mm reference
The tolerance reference is 0.005 mm, with the relevant feature, convention and measurement acceptance to be defined. Broader machining capabilities include micro machining, broaching, drilling, etching/chemical machining, laser machining, milling, turning, wire EDM and rapid prototyping. Select the operations needed for the fitting geometry rather than treating the capability range as a mandatory process sequence.
Material and surface choices for the custom work
Material capabilities extend to aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, precious metals, stainless steel and steel alloys. Surface directions include anodizing, polishing, brushing, coating/plating, powder coating and electrical plating. Agree treatments for the selected material and component, together with the requested color and logo, so the delivered surface follows the actual tee design.
Drawing inputs and full inspection
PDF, CAD, DWG and DXF are 2D inputs, with IGES, STEP and VDA among the 3D formats. These files can describe the tee geometry, connections and machined dimensions for the OEM/ODM inquiry. Quality control includes 100% inspection, with the dimensional, material and surface criteria to be agreed for the requested fitting.
