Custom complex engineering parts are directed to stainless-steel precision foundry and lost-wax work, with investment or sand-casting route selection for the component. Material directions include 304, 316 and 2205 stainless, iron, Ti, GG20, GG25, GJL200 and GJL250. Casting can include machining if needed and surface treatment, with OEM/ODM and custom-logo support.
Complex geometry and the actual casting route
The engineering part's geometry and grade should define the investment/lost-wax or sand route required. Identify the interfaces to be machined if needed and their relationship to the cast dimensions. State the intended operating conditions alongside the geometry and interfaces. Agree the manufacturing scope for that selected material and geometry so the optional machining addresses the actual component function.
Four surface directions and logo areas
Sandblasting, electrolysis, polishing and spraying are treatment directions for the selected surfaces. Identify the applicable material and the areas requiring those finishes or the custom logo. The actual logo content/location and finished surface acceptance should accompany the geometry and OEM/ODM scope for the complex part.
Inspection for the selected engineering component
The quality-control direction is 100% inspection of the casting parts, with actual checks and acceptance criteria to agree. Connect those checks to the chosen grade, cast dimensions, optional machined interfaces and treated/logo areas. This makes the inspection discussion specific to the requested engineering geometry and the finished condition needed for its intended function.
