Custom stainless-steel jewelry investment casting combines casting, machining and deburring with OEM and ODM service. Material can also be specified to order. Polishing, plating, painting and agreed surface requirements support the jewelry design, while heat number, production batch and delivery batch provide traceability identifiers.
Define the jewelry alloy and design acceptance
Select the stainless grade or other requested material for the actual jewelry component. Provide the geometry and dimensional acceptance needed for its design and intended use. If the jewelry has contact-related requirements, specify the applicable material and finish tests as part of the project acceptance rather than assuming one approval covers every design.
Connect machining and deburring to the surface outcome
Machining and deburring follow the casting process for the required component. Mark the areas needing those operations and define their finished acceptance together with the selected surface treatment. For polishing, plating or painting, describe the relevant appearance and functional requirements so the processing proposal addresses the jewelry's actual finish.
Use heat and batch identifiers for traceability
Traceability includes heat number, production batch and delivery batch. Agree how those identifiers should be associated with the jewelry parts and the acceptance records required for the project. Keep the material and finish specification connected to the same component revision so the identifiers have a clear technical reference.
Set the OEM/ODM quality-document scope
The quality-system certification reference is ISO9001:2008. Match its document scope to the project and define the particular dimensional, appearance or contact-related acceptance separately. For OEM and ODM work, bring the drawing, material selection, finishing requirements and traceability expectations into a consistent jewelry-part specification.
